Overheated room and dirty conditions detract from good location and parking convenience

The check-in experience was frustrating due to the delayed response at the front desk, and the staff's attitude could have been more welcoming. Though the room was a decent size and the beds were comfortable, the promised balcony was misleading, and a lack of extra pillows was disappointing. On a positive note, the food, especially the French pastries, was delightful and added some enjoyment to the stay.

We loved our stay, enjoying a comfortable room with stunning views of the Space Needle. We spent evenings at Jazz Alley, soaking in the live music and delicious food, making the trip even better for me and my fiance.

My wife says that the bathroom could use an update. It was quite small and had some issues that detracted from our experience.

This place suits me perfectly for its 24-hour reception, bar/lounge area, and fitness center. Staff helped me with my luggage on my first stay, making me feel welcomed. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Christmas.

The convenience of walking to major attractions was a major plus. However, the room was not as clean as expected, with hair and stains upon arrival.

Super comfy room with a banging view of the city! The staff were sharp-sharp and sorted out our needs quickly. The location was just lekker for cruising around and hitting up the market and nightlife.

Parking can be a bit of a jol, steep fees for a bakkie at $42 per night.

The hotel is an excellent base for exploring, just a short walk to the Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing stunning city views through large windows.

Great location allowed us to walk to various attractions. Staff was nice , attentive and room was large and mostly clean.

The hotel is dated , with uncomfortable beds and cleanliness issues. Parking is a challenge due to confusing layout.

The room was clean and comfy, and the staff were quite helpful. We got a nice view and parking was free with our package, a lovely perk for a week-long stay.

But the coffee maker died faster than my hopes for a relaxing vacation, and the outlets sparked like a bad fireworks show! Quite the electrifying experience, I must say.

We loved our city view room on the 15th floor with amazing night views ✨. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the location near Pike Place made everything convenient ❤️.

The breakfast was excellent, offering freshly baked items and a variety of organic juices that energized my workdays. The room featured a comfortable layout and a nice view, which was a pleasant addition during my stay.

The hotel needs maintenance, with issues like a slow elevator and discolored ceiling tiles.

The location was as prime as a freshly brewed espresso shot—just steps away from Pike Place Market and the Space Needle! Fluffy pillows made the bed feel like cloud, while the views out of the floor-to-ceiling windows had me reaching for my camera every time I walked in, like I was a tourist in my own vacation.

Just a fine choice for a getaway in Seattle with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff were lovely and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. Make sure to ask for extra milk and sugar for your tea and coffee.
